Enlighteneering, Inc. is proud to host CGC Partners and CEC Partners who provide Certifications in Government Coaching and in Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) Coaching. These courses feature mini-discussions and presentations, coaching exercises, case studies, individual and small group exercises, and most of all discussion with experienced Government coaches who are currently working as internal or external coaches. Each course offers ICF re-certification hours.
Course 1: Certificate in Government Coaching (36 Hours of ICF CCEUs):
What You Will Learn
You will become knowledgeable on issues affecting the government workforce. You will learn, experience, and coach to the competencies and to concerns and themes unique to the Federal government. Including, but not limited to:
- Identifying tools, resources, and coaching models to fully support the client’s individual and organizational goals
- Developing an awareness of government ethics to create a transparent and comfortable coaching environment in the context of Government requirements and laws
- Being fully cognizant of the ICF competencies and how they are integral and foundational to Government coaching
- Developing an awareness of all of the niche coaching involved in Government Coaching and the concomitant standardized assessments associated with them
- Utilizing methods and actions to foster successful coaching in Government

Course 2: Certificate in Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) Coaching (40 units/hours of ICF CCEUs)
What You Will Learn
As a participant in this course, you will practice skills and techniques in coaching federal leaders and high performing specialists in the communication of the five Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). These ECQs are Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. These five competencies drive performance to build a federal corporate culture that achieves results, serves its customers, and builds successful team and coalitions within and outside of the organization. You will learn to coach in themes like strategic leadership, engaging employees, achieving results, and building partnerships that are unique to the federal government.
The learning objective are:
Recognize how the ICF competencies are integral and foundational in ECQ coaching
Practice coaching the ICF competencies and skills as they support the government ECQs
Develop awareness of government ethics to create a transparent and comfortable coaching environment in the context of the ECQs
Utilize methods to foster successful ECQ coaching in identifying tools, resources, and processes to fully support the client’s ECQ career goals.

Course Approach:
Each course features mini-discussions and presentations, coaching exercise, case studies, individual and small group exercises, and most importantly, discussion with experienced federal government coaches who are currently working as internal or external coaches.
Course Topics:
Each course includes 10 sessions, to include the coaching process, various coaching models, coaching resources and toys, niche coaching, and subjects relevant to coaching federal government individuals and teams. Each course session will be held on a designated day of the work week from 6:00PM to 8:00PM EST every week.
Course Refund Policy:
Participants who cancel 30 days or more prior to course start will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Participants canceling 29 to 7 days prior to class will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee. Participants who cancel less that 6 days priorate a class will not receive a refund.
Make-Up Policy:
Participants are responsible for completing all lesson activities and homework. For those who miss a scheduled session, make-up assignments will be provided.
Prerequisites:
There is a recommended prerequisite of completion of 60 hours of coach specific training related to the ICF core coaching competencies. Participants for these courses should be current coaches.
